I was absolutely captivated by the beautiful decoration and ambiance of Rahayeb Desert Camp. The common areas were tastefully decorated and provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the camp to be excellent. The pathways were well-maintained and the staff was always ready to assist me with any needs I had. It was a haven for relaxation and comfort.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would ask for the children working there to be a little more attentive and courteous. While they were generally helpful, there were a few instances where their enthusiasm got the best of them and they could have been more mindful of the needs of older guests.

The camp in the desert with friendly staff, upgraded to room with private bathroom for extra cost, amazing breakfast with feta cheese and honey, softest lamb and delicious salads for dinner, great wifi facilities, highly recommended jeep tours.
Felt so at home, no complaints whatsoever.

excellent location of the camp
Dinner is overpriced. Music in the evening would have added to the magic of the place

Had an incredible Christmas stay in the picturesque desert, surrounded by stunning stony hills. the camp was well-maintained and exceptionally clean, providing a safe and comfortable environment. the quadruple room with a private bathroom was spacious and perfect for our group of four. the beds were cozy, and the blankets kept us warm during chilly desert nights. the highlight of our stay was the mouthwatering zarb chicken and lamb, barbecued right in front of us in the traditional Bedouin style. the Middle-eastern buffet was a feast for the senses. the 4x4 desert safari was a thrilling adventure, with a helpful and friendly driver.
Although the camp offered authentic Middle-eastern food, we were disappointed by the lack of snacks or meals available between mealtimes. the remote location made it challenging to find alternatives.

Clean and comfortable tents with surprisingly comfy beds. Clean and well-supplied toilets and bathrooms. Amazing natural surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like you're in a fairytale. New Year's Eve celebration was a pleasure to share with them. Meals were abundant and delicious, with lots of choices. Staff is accommodating and can arrange 4WD tours and camel rides. Convenient location with parking and easy pickup. Sand dunes nearby for stargazing. Slight upgrade from traditional camping for those who prefer more comfort. Surprised us with a free second night, a very nice gesture.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved my stay at Rahayeb Desert Camp. The camp's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy pick-up and drop-off arrangements from the parking lot. The friendly driver made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The camp itself was beautifully decorated, with cozy and clean tents that were perfect for a relaxing stay. The general areas, such as the dining area and terraces, offered breathtaking views of the desert's ever-changing colors. It was truly a magical experience to witness the sunrise and sunset from these spots. The camp management also ensured that I had a comfortable stay, with good showers and delicious local dinner options. it was the perfect getaway for senior travelers like me.
If I had to ask for one improvement for senior vacationers, it would be to have more attentive staff. While the majority of the staff at Rahayeb Desert Camp were polite and helpful, there were a few instances where the children working there seemed disinterested or lacked proper training.

I recently stayed at a camp in a red rock canyon in a beautiful location. The staff at Rahayeb Desert Camp were incredibly helpful, anticipating our needs and organizing tours for us. The highlight of our stay was the amazing Friday and Saturday night festivities, with Bedouin music, dancing, and a delicious dinner. The camp itself was clean and comfortable, with good showers and plenty of hot water. it was a memorable experience that I would highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The camp's desert experience elevated my understanding of sand and rocks. The striped tents added a touch of textile delight. I even got to try camel milk with the Bedouins and surf Wadi Rum on a buggy like a furious turtle.
Couldn't stay forever.

I had an amazing stay at a camp in Wadi Rum. The location was breathtaking, with stunning mountains surrounding us. The dinner was out of this world, and I highly recommend trying the zarb. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of food.

Good desert facility, VIP tent with attached bath, separate washrooms, outstanding cleanliness. Informative morning desert tour, explained history well. Awesome dinner in the evening. Employees made us feel at home, shared their culture. Great location, away from roads, relaxing and calm. Rooms with sand due to open doors, but aircon and hot water available 24/7. good for the money, plenty of entertainment offered.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly accommodating. The beds were super comfy and the spacious bathroom was spotless. The AC worked great, keeping us cool in the desert heat. The dinner options were mind-blowing, with a wide variety to choose from. They even arranged 4WD tours to explore the stunning wadi. The camel ride at sunset was a jaw-dropping experience. The camp's location surrounded by majestic mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere, music, and food were all top-notch. The camp was easy to find, and the pickup service was seamless. The nearby sand dunes were perfect for stargazing, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were clean, private, and provided a comfortable escape. The friendly and supportive staff made our stay even better than before. We were the only guests, but the camp was fully staffed, and the meals were plentiful and delicious. The secluded location in the mountains struck the perfect balance between modern comfort and an authentic desert experience. The staff's English proficiency was impressive. Walking around the camp, especially during the full moon, was simply stunning. The dinner and sunrise camel ride were worth every penny. We wish we had more time to enjoy the two-hour hero tour. We highly recommend this place, as it exceeded our expectations.
